The commercial and operational framework for everything we deliver.
Version: 26 September 2026 · IP Vendetta Inc. (Seychelles IBC No. 245572).
Services are provided on the basis of the written quotation and order confirmation issued to you. Where those documents conflict with this page, the order confirmation prevails for that service.
Invoices are payable in advance for the agreed term unless agreed otherwise in writing. Services may be suspended for non-payment after the stated grace period, and reactivation may carry a fee. Taxes and regulatory charges are additional where law requires.
You are responsible for the security and configuration of your own systems, for the traffic you send and receive, for your end users, and for complying with applicable law. The abuse policy forms part of these terms.
Where an uptime or latency commitment is stated in your order confirmation, it applies to the network element specified there. Service credits, where offered, are the sole remedy for missing a stated commitment. Maintenance notified in advance is excluded.
We may suspend or terminate immediately where there is a genuine risk to network integrity, a breach of the abuse policy, a legal requirement to act, or non-payment. You may terminate in line with your term; unless agreed otherwise, notice is required before the renewal date.
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the month the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
IPv4 space provided under a lease remains registered to IP Vendetta Inc. unless a transfer is agreed in writing and completed at the registry. Reverse DNS, ROAs and geofeed records are maintained as described in the service. Space must be withdrawn and returned at the end of the arrangement.
Personal data is handled per the privacy policy. We respond to valid legal process as described in the abuse policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Seychelles, with the courts of Seychelles having jurisdiction, unless your order confirmation states otherwise.
