Abuse Policy

Prohibited activity, how reports are handled, and what enforcement looks like.

Version: 26 September 2026. Applies to all services and address space operated by IP Vendetta Inc. on AS209101.

1. Prohibited activity

The following are prohibited without exception and result in immediate suspension or termination, without refund, and may be reported to the competent authorities:

2. Reporting abuse

Send reports to abuse@ipvendetta.com with UTC timestamps, the full source addresses involved, raw log excerpts or headers, and the domain, URL or account concerned. Reports are triaged around the clock; the most serious categories are escalated immediately on receipt.

3. How a report is handled

4. Customer obligations

Customers are responsible for the security and configuration of their own services and for the traffic they emit. Open mail relays, open resolvers, open proxies and compromised hosts are violations regardless of intent — if something is exposed, close it or ask us to help you close it.

5. Legal process

IP Vendetta cooperates with law enforcement and competent authorities. On receipt of valid legal process we provide timely assistance in accordance with the applicable jurisdictional requirements. Every request is reviewed for legal sufficiency before disclosure, and customers are notified where lawful and appropriate.

6. Changes

This policy may be updated as law, technology or operational practice changes. The current version is always published here.
