Privacy Policy

What we hold, why we hold it, and how to get answers about your own data.

Version: 26 September 2026 · IP Vendetta Inc., Seychelles IBC No. 245572, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles.

1. Data we hold

2. Why it is processed

To deliver and invoice the services you order, to operate and protect the network, to answer support and abuse reports, to meet legal obligations, and to prevent fraud.

3. What we do not do

We do not sell personal data. We do not mine the content of customer services for commercial purposes. Network metadata exists for operation, security and abuse handling — not for advertising.

4. Retention

Billing records are retained as accounting and tax practice requires. Network metadata is kept for a limited operational and security window. Abuse case files are retained to recognise repeat behaviour.

5. Disclosure

Data is disclosed when required by valid legal process, when necessary to investigate abuse or protect the network, or to providers strictly as needed to deliver the service. Requests are assessed for legal sufficiency first. Where lawful and appropriate, the affected customer is told.

6. Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data where applicable law provides those rights — write to info@ipvendetta.com. Where a request collides with a retention obligation or an open abuse case, we will explain precisely what can and cannot be done.

7. Security

Access controls, least-privilege administration and encryption where it is meaningful. Suspected vulnerabilities or privacy incidents should go to abuse@ipvendetta.com.
